Join Imagine Live, a leading technology and services provider, as our Head of Procurement. In this role, you will lead procurement strategies, optimize vendor relationships, and drive cost efficiencies to support our innovative projects. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with proven leadership in procurement and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on cost savings, quality improvement, and efficiency
- Coordinate the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation and procurement of goods and services
- Ensure all purchases comply with organizational policies, standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and supply companies
- Negotiate contracts, terms and prices, ensuring beneficial terms for the company
- Track expenditures and provide periodic reports to management on budget performance
- Collaborate with organizational units to identify procurement needs and organize procurement in line with business objectives
- Monitor the latest market trends, products and potential suppliers to ensure competitive advantage
- To carry out other functions assigned by the direct manager and arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education in economics or law, Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- A minimum of three years of experience in procurement management and, a minimum of five years of experience in management are mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of the procurement and supply chain management processes
- Knowledge of laws and procedures related to freight transportation and logistics
- Knowledge of administrative management of office spaces and infrastructures
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent skills in organizing teamwork and proven experience in management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in simultaneous management of multiple projects with tight deadlines
