SoftConstruct is looking for a Head of Retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of effective retention programs, including bonus structures, loyalty rewards, and personalized offers to ensure long-term player engagement and reduce churn
  • Utilize analytics and player data to monitor and assess the effectiveness of conversion and retention strategies Implement continuous improvements based on data insights
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, customer service, conversion processes and development teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies that drive player retention and re-engagement
  • Create and manage player segmentation strategies to provide personalized experiences and offers, improving engagement for different types of players
  • Leverage knowledge of cryptocurrency in developing crypto-specific retention strategies and ensure smooth and secure crypto-based transactions
  • Monitor churn rates, analyze the reasons behind player drop-offs, and implement re-engagement campaigns to win back inactive users
  • Ensure that all strategies comply with industry regulations and are ethically sound, particularly in regard to crypto-based gambling
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in conversion optimization and player retention within the iGaming or gambling industry
  • Deep understanding of customer life cycle management, from acquisition to retention and reactivation
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, WEB 3 and the integration of crypto wallets into a gaming platform
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and the use of analytics tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • A passion for the iGaming industry and understanding of sportsbook and casino player behaviors
