Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Head of Talent Training and Onboarding Division.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Talent Training & Onboarding strategy
  • Design and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for the division
  • Introduce and apply innovative techniques, tools, and best practices in talent training and onboarding
  • Formulate, approve, and ensure implementation of divisional development initiatives and annual projects
  • Create and implement effective reporting and accountability mechanisms
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports
  • Manage complex training and onboarding cases, propose and oversee effective solutions
  • Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new mid- and senior- level managers
  • Develop training/onboarding plans and present them jointly with direct supervisors
  • Assess the effectiveness of integration processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
  • Conduct final review meetings for training programs of mid-level managers
  • Develop and implement new LAB programs and oversee implementation for other employees
  • Assess the performance of mentors and trainers, provide feedback, and ensure improvements
  • Prepare guidelines, internal regulations, and procedures related to the division's activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development / Talent Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent training programs for mid- and senior-level managers
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze program effectiveness, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and coaching abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
