Overview
Inecobank CJSC is looking for a Head of Talent Training and Onboarding Division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Talent Training & Onboarding strategy
- Design and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for the division
- Introduce and apply innovative techniques, tools, and best practices in talent training and onboarding
- Formulate, approve, and ensure implementation of divisional development initiatives and annual projects
- Create and implement effective reporting and accountability mechanisms
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports
- Manage complex training and onboarding cases, propose and oversee effective solutions
- Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new mid- and senior- level managers
- Develop training/onboarding plans and present them jointly with direct supervisors
- Assess the effectiveness of integration processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
- Conduct final review meetings for training programs of mid-level managers
- Develop and implement new LAB programs and oversee implementation for other employees
- Assess the performance of mentors and trainers, provide feedback, and ensure improvements
- Prepare guidelines, internal regulations, and procedures related to the division's activities
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 4+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development / Talent Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in designing and implementing talent training programs for mid- and senior-level managers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze program effectiveness, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and coaching abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
