Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical expertise in student, parent, and teacher portals, as well as the content management system (CMS)
- Participate in feature discussions with engineers; create detailed tickets and reproduce CMS/HW-Online-related issues
- Prepare documentation, conduct training sessions
- Manage and maintain HW-Online documentation and training materials
- Learn and apply RSM’s methodological foundation for HW-Online
- You’ll also stay connected to the classroom, teaching 4–10 hours a week
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pure or Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong computer skills
- High level of organization and motivation; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Online presentation skills and ability to learn quickly; commitment to professional development
- Experience in education and/or curriculum development is a plus
