Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage reservations for guest rooms, tours & dining area
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Coordinate with the third parties and service staff in organizing special events
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries
  • Provide guests with information about the menu, winery, and services
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and organized
  • Handle guest requests and assist in resolving guest concerns when needed
  • Perform other tasks within a hospitality chain and back office operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
