Overview
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting all visitors to the dealership
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
- Ensuring professional, courteous, and efficient communication with callers and visitors
- Upholding the exacting standards established by the Company and the Jaguar Land Rover brand
- Skillfully directing customers to the appropriate department, promptly notifying the designated personnel when a customer is waiting, and facilitating introductions to our sales managers
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and oral English, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, ensuring efficient data management
- Capability to follow straightforward, one or two-step instructions with sound judgment and precision
