Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and training of hotel management systems
  • Consultations on hotel PMS and business processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Logical thinking and quick decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English at a conversational level
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management is an advantage
