Overview
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Support the HR team with organizing internat process
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide general administrative support
- Assist in managing employee benefits and maintaining records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports and HR metrics as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR Administration field
- Understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages
- Required candidate level
