Adjarabet.am is looking for a HR Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and archive all HR-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and various HR orders, ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards
- Oversee the signing, archiving, and internal organization of HR records
- Manage vacation-related documentation and processes
- Provide employee references and certificates as needed
- Handle employee lifecycle processes within the HR management system, including hiring, resignations, and position changes
- Provide necessary data to tax specialists regarding employee status changes, such as new hires, resignations, and position changes
- Participate in audits conducted by external audit organizations, providing relevant information and documentation
- Communicate employee status changes (hires, resignations) to the company’s partner insurance provider to ensure accurate updates
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of birthday gift cards for employees as part of the company’s employee benefits program
- Manage and process HR hire-to-retire transactions in the HR system (Workday), including transactions and data uploads, gathering the appropriate level of information to process as required correctly and in alignment with established practices
- Being responsible for escalating employee queries to the appropriate teams, when specialist support is required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager
Required Qualifications:
- Higher Education degree required
- In-depth knowledge of the Armenian Labor Code; certification in relevant training will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced English level is essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required
