We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources operations and daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start a career in HR, learn by doing, and contribute to building a positive employee experience.

- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process - prepare and post job advertisements, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding: Help ensure a smooth onboarding process by preparing necessary documents, tools, and information for new hires.
- Offboarding: Assist with offboarding procedures and exit documentation.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training, workshops, and HR initiatives.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, meetings, and team-building activities, from planning and logistics to execution.
- Office Management: Handle general office administration, manage office supplies and inventory (track stock levels and place orders when needed).
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure successful event management.
- Travel arrangement: Help with travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors when required.
- Ensure office areas are organized and support a smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Support in coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events (logistics, catering, materials).
- Assist in preparing letters, memos and official documents/policies.
- Provide general assistance to management and other departments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or currently studying – a plus, but not mandatory).
- No prior HR experience required - just a genuine willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
