Overview
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, prepare, and issue employment contracts, addendums, and other legal documents related to hiring, promotions, and changes in employment terms, ensuring all contracts are created and maintained through an electronic platform
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the administrative process for new hires and exiting employees, including collecting and verifying all necessary documents within the Tax service program on a timely basis
- Personnel Files: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection laws
- Legal & Compliance: Stay up-to-date with current labor laws and regulations to ensure all HR processes, documents, and policies are compliant
- Documentation: Handle all administrative tasks related to personnel management, such as preparing internal memos, official letters, and other HR-related reports
- Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department and other teams as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative, legal, or a similar role is a must. A strong understanding of local labor law is highly desirable
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian is required, both written and verbal
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is critical for drafting legal documents and maintaining accurate records
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and external partners.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Tax service program and experience with HR management systems
