Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our recruitment and interview processes. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Chinese, organised, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and review CVs from applicants.
  • Accurately record candidate details and maintain organized files.
  • Share suitable CVs with the interview panel through designated communication channels.
  • Coordinate interview requests from interviewers and arrange schedules accordingly.
  • Set up and manage online interviews via Zoom.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and other online communication tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Additional Information:
Salary : 200.000-400.000 AMD (depends on the skill and experience)
