Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our recruitment and interview processes. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Chinese, organised, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review CVs from applicants.
- Accurately record candidate details and maintain organized files.
- Share suitable CVs with the interview panel through designated communication channels.
- Coordinate interview requests from interviewers and arrange schedules accordingly.
- Set up and manage online interviews via Zoom.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Zoom and other online communication tools.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Additional Information:
Salary : 200.000-400.000 AMD (depends on the skill and experience)
