SoftConstruct is looking for a HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance business performance
  • Help implement HR strategies in areas such as workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Implement effective onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills and retention
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning and career growth
  • Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees on a range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, helping to mediate any disputes or concerns
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness
  • Support the performance review process and assist in identifying areas for employee development
  • Provide guidance on addressing performance gaps and creating action plans for improvement
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management to enhance decision-making and performance
  • Provide guidance on the impact of changes on employee morale, performance, and productivity
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, including experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle complex HR issues and conflicts with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration across departments
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
