Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand team goals and provide HR guidance on workforce planning and talent management
  • Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company culture and long-term objectives
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development planning and offboarding
  • Monitor and improve employee productivity, identifying trends and developing action plans for performance improvement
  • Lead and support employee relations cases, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Support employee development through effective learning, feedback, and career growth programs
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, ensuring fairness, inclusion, and employee well-being
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends (turnover, engagement, etc.) to recommend data-driven improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist capacity, and ideally in a tech environment
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and management skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
