Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to external clients, providing strategic guidance on a range of HR issues
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique HR challenges and tailor solutions to their specific needs
  • Participate in HR consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with their business goals
  • Advise clients on various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Offer insights into industry best practices for talent acquisition and retention
  • Assist clients in selecting and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation
  • Participate in designing customized training programs for client organizations
  • Be involved in business development activities of HR Advisory Services and prepare proposals
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Profound knowledge of talent sourcing tools and channels; experience in technical recruitment will be deemed as an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Profound knowledge of English and Russian
