Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our HR team as an HR Data Analyst. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing HR data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Checks and controls the quality of data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
  • Implement and/or configure new modules or system upgrades, working closely with the Information Technology division and external providers
  • Update existing visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboard) to effectively communicate data-driven insights to the HR team and other internal stakeholders
  • Responds to HR data requests in an ad hoc manner, collecting, extracting, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources, processes, and systems
  • Responds to various requests for human resources information
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of input data by conducting Data Cleansing and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot report issues as needed
  • Present findings and recommendations through visualizations, presentations, and written reports
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of HR data by conducting regular data quality reviews

  • Work closely with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that improve decision-making and overall organizational performance
  • Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing reports and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree (in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or any other related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team-working skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data
  • Proven working experience in data analysis
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Excellent applied knowledge of Excel
  • High proficiency in Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian
