Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Every new hire experiences a structured, welcoming, and engaging onboarding journey
  • Onboarding materials, schedules, and touchpoints are clear, consistent, and up to date
  • Adaptation and probation periods are actively tracked, supported, and improved
  • New employees feel confident, informed, and connected within their first weeks
  • LMS is actively managed as a living learning ecosystem, not just a system
  • Employees are enrolled, guided, and supported through learning paths and trainings
  • Training completion, participation, and engagement are regularly monitored
  • Learning data is translated into simple insights for HR and managers
  • LMS content and structure continuously improve to support growth and development
  • HR communications (announcements, milestones, celebrations, events) feel timely, human, and thoughtful
  • Employees feel informed, supported, and heard in everyday interactions with HR
  • HR events and engagement initiatives strengthen connection and culture
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, people operations, or HR administration
  • Practical experience managing onboarding processes and LMS platforms
  • Strong interest in employee experience, learning, and culture-building
  • Knowledge of Armenian labor legislation and ability to apply it in practice
  • Fluency in Armenian; good working knowledge of English and Russian
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to prioritize
  • Confidence with Google Workspace
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine care for people
