Coffee House Company is looking for a HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:
  • HR process documentation and employee data management in HR systems
  • Supporting the recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination
  • Organizing onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees
  • Assisting with internal communication initiatives (announcements, greetings, events)
  • Collecting and analyzing HR data and preparing regular reports
  • Participating in the organization of HR events and activities
  • Supporting benefits administration
  • Ensuring effective communication between employees and departments
  • Actively contributing to various HR projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR operations, administration, or HR accounting
  • Higher education (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields)
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian; good command of English and Russian
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and ability to apply it in practice
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
  • Proficiency in essential computer programs (Excel, Google Workspace)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team
