Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
- Assist in onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data
- Support internal HR initiatives, events, and engagement activities
- Help ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team across various functions
- Handle employee queries and basic HR requests
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in HR, with hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office tools
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian (both written and oral)
