Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for a HR Manager – F&B.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance the Company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and professional development opportunities
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, bring them to resolution
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Perform in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Hold Exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding of leaving employees
Required Qualifications:
Not less than 3 years of job experience in managing Human Resources
Higher education in the field of HRM or relevant field
Strong knowledge of RA labor law and employment practices
  • Written and verbal communication skills of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Enthusiasm to work with the team and in the team
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with employees and candidates
  • Conflict, stress and time management
  • Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality and objectiveness
