Overview
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals and timelines
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify HR needs and project requirements
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement; develop and implement solutions.
- Facilitate change management initiatives related to HR projects, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive project decisions and assess the impact of HR initiatives
- Develop and implement communication plans for HR projects, ensuring transparency and engagement at all levels
- Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within HR, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English language
- Proficiency in project management tools and HR software
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP, or similar) are a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
