Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires
  • Organize and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees, gathering feedback and supporting engagement
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date
  • Support the design and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and processes
  • Assist in organizing team-building, learning, and development activities
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding and employee engagement
  • Experience in setting up or improving HR processes will be considered a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
