Coffee House Company is looking for a HR Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and update employee databases in relevant software platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with real-time changes
  • Prepare employment contracts, agreements, vacation requests, payroll, and position change orders, and oversee working hours calculations
  • Actively participate in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure seamless communication between employees and other departments for better coordination and collaboration
  • Support the improvement of employee experience by fostering a supportive and positive work environment
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, administration, or HR accounting
  • Higher education
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian
  • Understanding of RA labor legislation and the ability to apply it in practice
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office Suite)
  • A team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
