Sniper Marketing is looking for a HR Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting: creating recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring for all level positions.
  • Formalize employment contracts, agreements and other legal acts, keep personal files of employees and other personnel documents
  • Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Manage employee database, vacations, rewards, discipline
  • The correct formation of the organizational process and structure
  • Develop and coordinate material and non-material motivation for team
  • Structuring the employee development path
  • Monitor and provide internal disciplinary rules in the company.
  • Clarification and division of work duties of the team, distribution of positions and responsibilities
  • Organizing trainings for team
  • Implementation of corporate culture and standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone, interviewing, reference, check)
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Ability to work with documents
  • Excellent teamwork skills
