Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a HR Specialist of Compliance and Benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in external researches and analyze research findings
  • Report to internal and external (state) bodies/authorities and the management
  • Review loan applications of employees and make relevant calculations
  • Negotiate on and service the fringe benefits provided to staff
  • Provide general advice to employees
  • Ensure staff communication (mailing)
  • Regularly review and amend internal acts and procedures, properly manage ongoing paper flow, ensure archiving in accordance with applicable Armenian legislation
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs to mitigate risk and promote legal and regulatory adherence
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all laws
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and benefits offerings to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of HRM Unit in good faith and timely manner
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Knowledge of the Republic of Armenia labor legislation Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, communication and representation skills
  • Ability to voice problems and generate solutions
  • Stress tolerance, ability to work under pressure and handle large workloads, ability to multi-task and self-motivate
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player skills
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
