Overview

We are looking for an experienced iGaming Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our gaming products. The ideal candidate combines product expertise, market insight, and leadership skills to drive innovation, growth, and player satisfaction. You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle and guide a cross-functional team to deliver world-class gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute product strategy,  aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  2. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from research and concept  to launch and continuous improvement.
  3. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts.
  4. Monitor gaming trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  5. Collect and analyze player feedback to improve product features and enhance user experience.
  6. Define KPIs, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams to maximize product impact and revenue.
  8. Ensure products meet relevant regulatory, industry, and platform requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management within iGaming, e-sports, or digital entertainment.
  2. Proven success in launching and scaling online slot and crash games.
  3. Strong leadership and team management experience.
  4. Deep understanding of gaming trends, player engagement, and monetization models.
  5. Familiarity with game design tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot) for prototyping.
  6. Experience in game production processes, including asset creation, animation, sound design, and UI/UX optimization.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science,  or a related field.
  8. Fluency in English.
  9. Passion for gaming and innovation in the iGaming space.
