Overview
Fairyland Group is looking for a Incoming Tour Manager at Feel Armenia-luxury destination management company.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at international tourism exhibitions (e.g. ATM Dubai, WTM London, etc., ITB Berlin, ILTM Cannes)
- Develop and implement tailor-made individual and group travel products
- Handle business correspondence and documentation
- Organize personalized services such as hotel bookings, transportation, restaurants, and event tickets
- Negotiate with local service providers to secure the best quality and terms
- Monitor and analyze the local market to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and implement new high-end travel services based on the needs and interests of luxury clients
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism, preferably in the premium or luxury segment
- Fluent English (C1 or higher); additional language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of local and global tourism trends
- Familiarity with CRM systems and travel management tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel and represent Armenia on international platforms
