Overview
TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a Info Desk Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure discipline in the waiting room, hall, and front desk surrounding areas
- Greet and welcome TUMO students, parents, and guests in a positive and professional manner
- Convey a positive and professional image to students, parents, and guests
- Provide TUMO students, parents, and guests with necessary information
- Provide technical assistance to TUMO students and employees based on the approved procedure
- Supervise student and guest check-ins and check-outs
- Create weekly reports, summarize comments and proposals, and submit them to the immediate supervisor
- Make outgoing calls to students and parents when necessary
- Identify and report any IT, technical, content, or other issues to the appropriate department while keeping the direct manager informed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- English proficiency
