Overview
Responsibilities:
- Customer support service to individual customers and legal entities both in company and online
- Welcoming the customers at ACRA reception
- Acceptance of applications received through postal service, documents review, processing of credit reports
- Answering phone calls
- Presenting all products to potential customers
- Other relevant duties
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in banking/finance sector
- Very good command in Armenian, English and Russian
- Very good verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the new environment
