Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts to detect potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to identify weaknesses
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, working closely with IT and security teams
  • Support the implementation and management of security solutions such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and identity management systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
  • Provide security awareness training to employees to minimize human-related risks
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies
  • Assist in security audits, internal reviews, and reporting to identify areas for improvement
Nice To Have:
  • Previous exposure to security incident handling and risk assessment is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools for security tasks is a plus
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in information security, IT security, or related fields
