Overview
Now we are hiring a talented IT Project Manager to join our Information Security department. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and planing requirements and standards for planned projects, continuously monitoring project progress, and prepareing detailed planned reports on measurable milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Create project plans in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and plan requirements and standards related to planned projects.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation according to defined scope, resources, and timeline criteria.
- Respond to staff requests and deliver quality service while adhering to organizational standards.
- Update and maintain technical knowledge by attending training seminars and following global industry trends.
- Continuously monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on measurable milestones, such as objectives and outcomes.
- Actively communicate with all involved personnel to identify challenges, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Define and establish clear outcomes, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
- Review proposed project plan changes, including stakeholder meetings, to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by direct supervisors related to the position.
- Manage the ticketing process, assign tasks, and set deadlines for their completion.
- Guide and monitor departmental staff's ticket progress, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Manage Jira projects by implementing necessary organizational processes, task distribution, and efficient use of staff resources.
- Organize effective project management using Agile principles.
- Arrange team meetings to discuss necessary tasks and summarize completed work.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Office
- Good knowledge of project management processes, strategies, and methods
- Understanding of information security concepts
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with proven expertise in creating guidelines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and actively overcome obstacles.
