Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Organization of works in the scope of transport and fixed network infrastructure development projects
  • Organization of transport and fixed network infrastructure maintenance
  • Organization of purchasing processes related to the transport and fixed network infrastructure
  • In the frames of the transport and fixed network infrastructure projects, submit monthly /weekly/ or other reports as required on the completed and other tasks
  • Follow up and ensure the abidance by the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, as well as compliance-related normative documents
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in the field of telecommunications, engineering or IT
  • 2 years of experience in planning, construction and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks
  • Excellent technical knowledge in planning, construction and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks, knowledge of GIS software
  • Work organization skills in the scope of projects
  • Good knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in the shortest possible time frame
  • Effective communication and sound analytical skills
  • Effective change management skills
