Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize all aspects of interior design, including space layouts, lighting, colors, materials, and accessories based on client requirements
  • Select materials, colors, and design elements ensuring a cohesive and consistent architectural concept and style
  • Carry out the drafting process, including physical and digital modeling, as well as 3D visualizations when necessary for project approval
  • Monitor the project implementation process, ensuring that the work complies with the planned schedule and budget
  • Coordinate all project documentation, including project calculations, procurement data, and the organization of team activities
  • Follow the latest trends and technologies in the professional field to incorporate innovative solutions
  • Improve and adjust projects according to client requirements by making necessary modifications
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of architecture or interior design
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, coordinating with other designers, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of design elements and project execution
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and meet the supervisor’s requirements while maintaining professional relationships
  • Professional experience in executing interior design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other professional software
