Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces
  • Prepare 2D floor plans, 3D models, and visualizations
  • Conduct client meetings, identify needs, and present design solutions
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and execution
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Prepare project documentation (specification sheets, material lists, quotes)
  • Oversee the construction phase and coordinate changes as they arise
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in interior design
  • Portfolio of residential and/or commercial projects
  • Ability to prepare project documentation and client presentations
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
  • Fluency in Armenian
Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of Russian or English
