We are seeking a strategic and detail-driven Internal Communications and Operations Specialist to organize and streamline internal engagement, communication programs, and onboarding logistics. This role is essential to ensuring seamless coordination across internal programs, maintaining clarity in communication, and delivering operational excellence behind the scenes. Responsibilities:
  • Implement communication calendar, develop and manage communication strategies and tools that inform and engage employees
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with company values, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze communication metrics to continuously optimize internal messaging
  • Manage all internal communication channels of the company (dedicated mailboxes, Teams channels, Intranet, closed FB group, etc)
  • Create and manage budgets for internal programs, onboarding, and recognition logistics.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Source and negotiate with service providers for onboarding and internal materials
  • Oversee Jira, 1C, and other internal platforms for tracking deliverables, timelines, and operational tasks
  • Oversee backend operations for birthday, milestone, and celebratory gifting programs
  • Collaborate closely with peers from People & Culture Team, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and management to ensure alignment and support for internal initiatives
  • Own the logistics of the onboarding process: invite candidates, prepare and deliver welcome kits, organize tours, photo shooting, presentations, and induction sessions
  • Ensure consistency, structure, and timely delivery across all onboarding touchpoints
  • Prepare regular reports and feedback summaries to identify trends and suggest operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Service Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years in internal program operations, communications, or onboarding management
  • Experience with Jira, 1C, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English
  • High attention to detail, structured mindset, and analytical approach
  • Team player with strong time management and coordination skills
