Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Budgeting Team Lead to oversee and guide our budgeting team within the finance department.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of budgeting specialists to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee the accuracy of daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal budgeting guidelines.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of the annual organizational budget, collaborating closely with department heads.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to gather and verify budgeting information.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and review of budgets at both departmental and organizational levels.
  • Lead variance analysis and financial reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve budgeting policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align budgeting processes with overall business strategy.
  • Manage special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial planning, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong expertise in accounting principles, budgeting methodologies, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and budgeting software tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Language proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal).
