Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated International MI and Reporting Team Lead to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the International MI and Reporting team, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful management information and tax reporting
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, transfer pricing reports, and other tax documentation in collaboration with external consultants
  • Analyze and interpret the tax implications of international business operations; provide strategic advice to senior management on tax-efficient structures and compliance
  • Act as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and tax authorities on complex international tax matters
  • Coordinate internal and external tax audits related to international tax issues, ensuring compliance and readiness
  • Monitor international and local tax legislation changes and assess their impact on MI, reporting, and business strategy
  • Develop and implement tax reporting policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with IFRS and statutory requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in consolidated tax reports and financial statements for multinational group entities
  • Manage intercompany transaction documentation and ensure alignment with group consolidation requirements
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions to harmonize tax reporting, MI, and financial consolidation
  • Provide tax-related input and review on international sales and acquisition contracts, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and automation of tax MI and reporting processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax reporting, international tax, and management information roles, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of international tax regulations, Armenian tax laws, and IFRS reporting standards
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a diverse, cross-functional team
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex tax and financial data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external partners across multiple countries
  • Experience working in multinational corporations or groups with complex reporting and consolidation requirements is a plus
  • Proficiency with financial systems, tax software, and reporting tools
