We are seeking a dynamic International Relations Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is pivotal in fostering effective communication between our company and international service providers, creating our company’s strategy and implementing it both with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a corporate culture that values self-development.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary link between the company and international service providers
  • Act as a liaison between the company and international service providers, ensuring clear and effective communication to streamline operations
  • Conduct market research, come up with new proposals that will best serve the interests of the company
  • Fully manage the process of contract and commercial negotiations with providers
  • Maintain a database of providers and contracts, provide information to relevant departments if necessary
  • Collaborate with various departments of the company to ensure the normal course of work
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing suppliers
  • Provide a high level of service and implementation of requests from all providers, in case of problems, respond quickly, develop solutions
  • Carry out risk assessment in connection with each cooperation, stay in close contact with the legal, financial and commercial departments
  • Implement and maintain the terms of post-conflict agreements and conduct active negotiations if necessary
  • Monitor and ensure that all invoices are paid according to the agreed-upon terms and within the stipulated deadlines, step in and take responsibility to help others when needed to speed up process and/or tackle problems internally or externally
  • Cooperate with product, finance, legal and commercial departments to identify company needs and transform those needs into actionable items with deadlines
  • Plan departments strategy and roadmap on yearly basis agreed with management and all other internal stakeholders and coordinate implementation throughout the year
  • Draft yearly budgeting and help interdependent departments implement their budgeting with necessary knowledge and expertise
  • Actively participate in the resolution of conflicts and disputes, maintaining a fair and balanced approach while protecting the interests of the company
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced Education in International Relations, Economics or related fields
  • At least 10+ years of working experience out of which 5+ years in the commercial field
  • Proven Experience of negotiations and deal closing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English both verbal and written, knowledge of another foreign language will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office & Jira
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Sales and risk assessment skills
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to prioritize tasks and have strong time management skills
  • Reporting and analysis skills
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and high sense of responsibility
  • Experience in creating long term roadmaps and strategies driven by company’s vision
  • Positive attitude towards working both in a team and individually
  • Continuous learning desire
