Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
  • Resolve inventory-related issues, discrepancies, and inefficiencies by implementing corrective actions
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports for management
  • Supervise the inventory control team to ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and management of stock levels
  • Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize discrepancies and improve efficiency
  • Monitor stock movements, ensuring timely replenishment and preventing stock shortages or overstocking
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in stock management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding inventory management
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow
  • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy in stock records
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock control, and supply chain processes
  • Experience in leading and managing an inventory team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle inventory discrepancies and process improvements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee multiple inventory processes
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Armenian and English is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in inventory control, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management Software such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
