Overview

Responsibilities:
  • implementation of financial analyses, including evaluation of financial indicators, sector comparisons, and risk analysis
  • preparation and development of financial statements
  • execution of investment proposals and preparation of prospectuses for securities issuance
  • preparation and submission of necessary documents to relevant authorities, including the Central Bank of Armenia and other regulatory bodies, for the registration and listing of securities
  • presentation of company profiles
  • collaboration with legal and financial departments in the preparation and registration of financial documents
  • market research, mergers, and data analysis to support business decision-making
Required Qualifications:
  • higher education in Economics or Finance
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis, preparing reports, or in capital markets
  • proficiency with MS Office programs
  • skills in financial modelling and analysis
  • oral and written communication skills in English and Russian
  • excellent teamwork abilities, high professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
