Overview

IT and Services Procurement Senior Specialist is responsible for realization, handling and evaluation ofpurchasing process according to order established in the Company. Upon demand, the employee will perform additional tasks assigned by the Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the suppliers market (external and internal)
  • Maintain an updated list of potential suppliers
  • Prepare procurement documentation and evaluation criteria
  • Launch the procurement process
  • Open and evaluate proposals
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare a supplier selection report
  • Check draft contracts
  • Maintain an electronic archive of procurement documentation
  • Maintain databases
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Comply with the requirements of Anti-Corruption legislation, as well as follow the requirements fixed in Compliance sensitive normative documents of the functional Unit/Department
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education preferably in Economics
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement
  • Awareness of the law of the RA on Procurements and Public Auctions, as well as Civil Code of the RA
  • Knowledge of Procurement Unit’s Normative Documents: Purchasing Policy, Selection of Suppliers, Annual Purchasing Planning, Managing Problematic Suppliers and the Company’s Code of Ethics
  • Effective communication skills
  • Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Time management skills
  • High sense of responsibility, honesty, flexibility
  • Ability to conduct negotiations and bargains
  • Ability to work under pressure with critical deadlines
