Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Manage servers, storage, and virtualization
  • Maintain Azure and hybrid environments
  • Administer Active Directory and M365
  • Administer Azure IaaS
  • Manage authentication and access
  • Implement backup and recovery solutions
  • Support Azure Site Recovery
  • Implement endpoint and infrastructure security controls
  • Support monitoring tools (Defender, Sentinel)
  • Support Helpdesk Ticket Tier 1
  • Resolve Tier 2/3 issues
  • Support root cause analysis
  • Own infrastructure uptime and performance
  • Approve system changes and maintenance windows
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience administering cloud or infrastructure services across a large, diverse server environment
  • Technical proficiency including systems experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and multi-platform environment
  • Experience in industrial or mining environments preferred
  • IT infrastructure knowledge (network, servers, cloud)
  • Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365)
  • ITIL service management practices
  • Cybersecurity frameworks and controls
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Project management and delivery focus
