Overview
Acba Bank OJSC is looking for a IT Learning and Talent Development Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Execute IT staff training programs based on predefined learning plans
- Assist in designing technical learning materials and resources with measurable objectives
- Support the delivery of IT onboarding processes for new IT hires across teams
- Support technical leads in identifying skill gaps and learning priorities. Identify skill gaps through training assessments and learning program evaluations.
- Track training participation and effectiveness using established metrics
- Coordinate logistics for learning events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with HR on training budgeting and supporting talent development programs tied to career growth.
- Maintain and update learning management systems with training records and materials
- Provide feedback to technical leads on training outcomes and participant progress
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in training, learning and development, or related roles
- Basic knowledge of Agile learning principles and training delivery methods
- Familiarity with learning management systems and basic analytics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, Business, or related field
