Yerevan Mall is looking for a IT Performance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment (website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others)
- Supervise the creation of high-quality, impactful graphic content tailored for diverse social media channels, including stories, infographics, animations, and campaign visuals
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to define the visual direction for campaigns and oversee their execution across platforms
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of print and digital materials (posters, flyers, digital ads, banners, LED screen visuals, etc.) that reflect marketing strategy and drive engagement
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and supports the company’s promotional objectives
- Mentor junior designers, offering feedback and creative guidance
- Oversee the localization and adaptation of international movie graphic materials for regional use, ensuring alignment with screen formats and local market trends
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with international studios, producers, and distributors for timely receipt and adaptation of assets
- Ensure compliance with both international visual branding guidelines and local promotional requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with high accuracy
- Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and user engagement across digital channels
- Expertise in social media content strategy and performance-driven design
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW. Motion design and animation experience is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly present ideas and provide feedback
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design or visual content creation, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or media-focused role
- Proven portfolio of diverse creative projects with measurable impact
