Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a IT Performance Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish metrics-based Tech Health frameworks and methodologies to assess the performance and maturity of technology capabilities across the enterprise
  • Define metrics to measure the software delivery performance, including cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, and change failure rate
  • Ensure definition of uptime targets and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical systems, in alignment with business requirements and objectives
  • Ensure establishment of mechanisms to track the software delivery performance and availability of key IT solutions
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to conduct maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize IT performance
  • Draft IT performance management and other IT governance policies and guidelines in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management, IT leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT strategies and business objectives
  • Develop and present IT health and performance reports and recommendations to executive leadership and board members to support decision-making processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in IT engineering/DevOps, IT governance, IT architecture or related roles within the Fintech or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of different layers of technology architecture and IT processes
