Overview
VOLO is looking for a client-oriented Project Manager to manage software delivery for international clients. The Project Manager will act as the primary operational contact for the client, coordinate delivery teams, understand the client’s business priorities, and ensure that project execution remains aligned with agreed objectives. The role will connect the client, delivery teams, and Internal management. It requires strong planning, communication, risk management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills. Depending on workload, the Project Manager may manage one or multiple projects.
- Act as the primary contact for the client.
- Manage communication between the client, delivery teams, and Internal management.
- Understand the client’s business objectives, priorities, expectations, and success criteria.
- Plan, manage and monitor scope, milestones, schedule, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication on project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
- Identify and manage risks, define risk responses and coordinate respective actions.
- Monitor project health, reveal deviations, proactively address risks.
- Gather, analyze, and represent the project data using different software metrics, prepare reports, and forecasts based on the information.
- Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings, retrospectives, and client discussions.
- Maintain project plans, risk registers, decision logs, action items, and delivery documentation.
- Support estimation, capacity planning, resource allocation, and release planning.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery, expand the solution, or create additional value for the client.
- At least three years of experience in software project management, delivery management, technology consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional software delivery teams.
- Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience preparing project reports, forecasts, and management summaries.
- Ability to make and support decisions using delivery data and project metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.

- Familiarity with project budgets, utilization, forecasting, and commercial tracking.
- Experience defining and tracking project KPIs and delivery health indicators.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or a similar certification is considered an advantage.
