Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and update sales proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Support in organizing meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial departments to collect necessary information for offers
  • Monitor and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in market research and identification of potential business opportunities
  • Participate in company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in IT is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies acceptable)
  • Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage
