IT Specialist/Technician

• Formatting PCs and installing Windows, Linux operating systems
• Assembling and configuring hardware components, such as hard drives, printers, and network adapters, etc.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Providing remote support for network administration tasks
• Assisting in the deployment of new network equipment and software
• Ensuring stable internet connection (interacting with providers)
• Performing other technical tasks as needed

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support position
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with active directory
• Familiarity with network concepts and protocols
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
• 2 nose hole availability is mandatory 😉
