Overview
ONEX LLC is looking for a IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to office and warehouse staff (hardware, software, printers, scanners, internet)
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage network and Wi-Fi setup, ensuring stable connectivity across all locations
- Handle office-to-office tech logistics — transporting, setting up, and replacing equipment as needed
- Coordinate with the central IT team for escalated issues and system-level tasks
- Maintain inventory of devices, accessories, and spare parts
- Provide on-site hardware support across ONEX branches and warehouse facilities
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT support or technical assistance roles
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Linux
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common office tools
- Understanding of basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and frequently moving between offices and warehouse locations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
