Overview

Judicial acts enforcement assurance lawyer organizes and ensures the operation of Judicial acts enforcement assurance section.

Responsibilities:
  • Organization of works related with submission of enforcement order to the RA MJ CES
  • Verification of enforcement order
  • Verification of availability of debt
  • Drafting notes addressed to CES
  • Drafting documents subject to be submitted to CES
  • Addressing corresponding questions to the Department of Finance and Accounting, Information Systems Department and provision of requested data
  • Examination of materials of enforcement proceedings, if necessary drafting notes and submission to CES
  • Provision of information requested by CES representatives
  • Entry of corresponding data into electronic database
  • Submission of monthly reports to the line manager
  • Organization of works related with document flow and control over their implementation
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher legal education
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience
  • Good knowledge of respective legal sphere: procedural and compulsory law
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Good language skills: Armenian, English, Russian
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ethical behavior
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptability/flexibility
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills
