Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provision of result oriented and solution-based legal assistance to the Firm's clients Ensuring legal compliance of business processes
- Drafting of the contracts and other transactional documents in all mentioned languages as well as assisting in negotiation and conclusion of the agreements
- Performance of other duties as assigned from time to time including research, and representation with the state and non-state bodies as will be required for the provision of thorough legal assistance to the client
- Examination of newly adopted normative legal acts, changes made, newly adopted precedents, assessment of their impact, notification an provision of legal opinion to the clients
- Involvement in publication, conduction of research, drafting amicus curia, training materials and others
- Weekly and monthly bilingual updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, (Master's degree, Ph.D. as well as Advocate's license are considered as an asset)
- Strong educational and community background
- Strong reasoning and legal drafting skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Working proficiency level in English and Russian, excellent knowledge of Armenian
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to comply to tight deadlines
- Experience in litigation is an asse
- Conscientiousness and diligence
- Soft and hard skills necessary for the effective lawyer
