Lynon is looking for a Junior B2B Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Assist B2B clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat
- Provide product or service information to clients and assist them in navigating our offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Monitor and track client support cases, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved efficiently
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, helping them get set up and understand our products/services
- Identify common client issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage
