Siemens Industry Software CJSC is looking for a Junior Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:
  • Manipulate and analyze large datasets, applying machine learning techniques where appropriate to uncover trends and patterns
  • Build reports, dashboards, and other tools to unlock actionable insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Assist in building and maintaining data systems and pipelines to streamline data storage, processing, and management
  • Support the design of efficient data models and workflows aligned with analytical and business requirements
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and methodologies in programming, data analysis, and machine learning to continuously improve our processes and offerings
Required Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in an EDA or Computer science related area – Cybernetics, Computer science, Microelectronics, Applied Math, etc
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of the pandas library for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to build and hack tools, reports, and analyses that support business functions
  • Knowledge of basic large dataset analysis and experience with machine learning algorithms is a significant plus
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Ability to work in a global team environment
  • Good knowledge of English; both verbal and written
  • Fast learning skills
